Meet Your Instructors
Janna Kerr is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founder of At The Well Coaching. She serves exhausted Christian moms by meeting them “at the well” — in the midst of their day-to-day — and empowers them to love and care for their bodies so they can fulfill their God-given mission in this world. No, in this mini-course I don’t get into the practical skill of cooking. There are tons of free YouTube videos (or my favorite Kids Cook Real Food course) for that! The purpose of this program is to help you start to enjoy the necessary act of cooking and see how it fits into your life right now.
