  • When I work with clients, we use a model I created called Setting the Table. Because I’m trained to look at all aspects of my client’s lives, you get a whole-person view to create lasting habits and get to the root of what’s causing your lack of energy. We’ll talk about the food you eat, but this is secondary to what you’ll learn are Primary Foods - the areas of our lives OFF our plates that either nourish us or drain us.

  • The secret sauce I’ve found to navigate this messy, exhausting, but beautiful life? Integrating faith and health. When you view your body as holy and sacred, it starts to change the decisions you make. When you spend more time with Jesus in prayer you’re better able to hear his call and discern his plan for you. The Exhausted Mom Solution is grounded in the belief that your body is worth loving and caring for. With faith as your foundation and the skills and tools you’ll learn with me, you can absolutely find the energy you’re looking for, stop being a slave to your coffee maker and live the life you are called to live.
