Getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night
Intentionally moving our bodies most days
We reduce or eliminate:
Caffeine and alcohol
Eating after 6pm (or 3 hours before bed)
Highly-processed foods
We eliminate or greatly reduce:
Gluten and dairy
Artificial and refined sugars
