My #1 Go-To Product
Without a doubt, my favorite “easy button” to support health at any age or stage is a product my family and I have been using for nearly 10 years: Juice Plus+. It’s backed by 25 years of clinical research and recommended around the world by healthcare professionals and healthcare ancillaries like myself.
For healthy and speedy snacks, I always keep Juice Plus+ Complete shakes in the house (both chocolate and vanilla!). Most mornings I have a shake for breakfast, but sometimes I use it to make “pudding” for a totally guilt-free dessert. I also love to use it in the recipes in this free cookbook.
Some Of My Favorite Sites for Delicious & Healthy Recipes:
Recipes In Frequent Rotation In The Kerr House:
General Tso’s Tofu from Minimalist Baker (I tone down the spice for the kids, but it’s still delicious!)
Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers from Kalyn’s Kitchen
Taco Stuffed Spaghetti Squash from Yummy Healthy Easy
Curried Chickpea Salad Wraps from Dishing up the Dirt
Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal from Eating Bird Food
Chocolate Hummus from Chocolate Covered Katie
